I joined them about two months ago to get a testing website online. Ever since i joined them it looked very good and promising and i had no downtime for over 2 weeks... After that time frame had past all they ever had were either slow server's or extreme downtime. There support if awful and they seemed better when they offered limited webhosting.

The worst host I have ever been with. The support is terrible. They now changed to community support. Since I have been with them I had an unbeleivable amount of downtime, over 1 month, which got my account suspended for being inactive for downtime on MY site.

I just signed up with them (that's why I didn't want to give a 10) but everything is great so far. It's amazing that they can offer all they do for free, I've never come across a free hosting company with so many features.
